No matter what your age, or over what period of time it happens, everyone experiences a journey through the pieces making up the Puzzle of Love.

Love begins with a feeling, a look, or a voice, telling us this is the one. (Hearing Voices.) While we all have materialistic dreams, at the same time we also search for love to bring us inner fulfillment. (Diamonds and Gold.) When we hear the voice, our search for the material aspects of life becomes secondary to the deeper feeling of love.

During the honeymoon period, the person you found becomes the focus of your world. You can't stand to be apart for even a minute. You think constantly about being together again. (Back in Your Arms Again.)  That person becomes your true One Love.

However, be it a short or long term relationship, sometimes things do go wrong. You feel that through no fault of your own, you're forced to watch your one love fall for another. (Fallin' Again.) When this happens, it becomes difficult to see the brightness of life around you. (How Can the Sun Come Up Without Her.)

During this period of adjustment, you may feel you're Just Passin' Through life, without much awareness, feeling, direction or focus. You may become wistful. (This Old House, I'll Just Watch This Clock.)  But more than anything else, you may feel regretful of the way you treated your love. This brings you to the realization you may be the one who destroyed the relationship and who needs to change. (If I Had You to Love Over Again.) Once you reach this realization, you can't help but reminisce. (Where Are You Now.)

Eventually though, if you stay open to new experiences and relationships, and keep your faith, you will rediscover your love or find another. That discovery will make you One More Believer In Love. When love returns, it's like waking up and coming Back Home. With a second chance you'll learn to Leave It Up To Love.

This album would not have been possible without the full support of my wife, Maureen, and my children Marissa, Matthew, Mason and Mikhail, all of whom I truly love more than life itself, and to whom this album is dedicated. Nobody who starts a project like this can appreciate the strain it puts on a family, both emotionally and financially. The words, I Love You and Thank You, are insignificant by comparison, but all I have.

In the background of any project are the people who tie the pieces together and make it work. To those people I also give thanks.

Producer Danny Bailey for the knowledge, spirit and heart he put into the project. Michael Hopkins, Mark Lambert and Steve Alexander for their technical knowledge. Kerry Marx, Michael Webb, Hubert Hester, Bob Patin, Mark Prentice, Steven Sheehan, Brian Barnett and Russ Pahl who are absolute musical geniuses. This group can take a song with good potential and turn it into a masterpiece in 10 minutes. Lea Jane Berinati and Danny for providing superb backup vocals. Their ability to blend and enhance without overshadowing is remarkable. Freddy May for his technical ability and for documenting the entire session (and actually getting some pictures of my children). Terry Thornhill for a very original, artful and thoughtful graphic presentation. Jerrilynn May for her inspirational title. Brenda Albright, Sherry Hall and Cinda Sue Behrens for their objective evaluations. Donna Cristy for her vocal coaching and encouragement and Jay Harper, of Harper Entertainment Group for taking the time and interest to introduce me to Nashville and to Danny.

Again, to all of you: Thank You. I hope you enjoyed the journey to this final product.
